Information we use
We store your account identifier, email, name and secure session records to sign you in. Google verifies Google sign-ins; Resend delivers email sign-in links when configured. We do not store your Google password.
Video analysis
Your uploads and reports are private to your account. We store videos in Cloudflare storage and send submitted videos to Google Gemini to produce AI analysis. We request deletion of provider file and interaction copies after processing; provider retention policies also apply. Your stored videos and reports remain available until you delete them from My clips. Deleting a clip removes its library access and stored video/report, but usage and billing records remain to prevent credit resets and maintain payment records.
Payments
Stripe handles checkout, payment details and subscription management. We store linked customer and subscription identifiers, status, paid periods and usage entitlements. Card numbers do not pass through our application.
Product analytics
We record events such as page visits, sign-up, uploads, completed or failed analyses, pricing views and subscriptions. These records can include a pseudonymous visitor/session identifier, account and clip identifiers, plan, time, referral origin and campaign tags. We use them to understand which steps work and where people stop. Product analytics do not contain video contents, transcripts or model report text. We do not sell these analytics or use them for third-party advertising.
Our first-party visitor cookie lasts up to 90 days; sign-in cookies keep you authenticated. Session storage deduplicates page events. You can disable browser page-view tracking with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control; necessary account, usage and billing records still operate. We retain product event records for up to 90 days, with cleanup during service activity.
Choices and requests
Delete individual clips in My clips. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of account information. Some billing, security and credit history may need to remain for legal obligations or abuse prevention. Cloudflare, Google, Resend and Stripe process information as needed to provide their services and may operate in other countries.
